Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), EGEHAYAT YAZILIM A.Ş. (the “Company”), as data controller, provides this notice to visitors of egehayatyazilim.com.tr (the “Site”) and to people who use its contact form.

The Site does not collect national ID numbers, payment data or special categories of personal data. Accounts created in AsyaPlatform apps (e.g. crm.asyaplatform.com, puantaj.asyaplatform.com) are covered by the privacy notice of the respective app.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your quote, demo, information and support requests — KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
- Keeping the Site and form secure and preventing abuse — KVKK Art. 5/2-f and 5/2-ç (legal obligation, incl. Law No. 5651 logs).
- Establishing and defending legal claims — KVKK Art. 5/2-e.
- Measuring and improving Site usage (analytics cookies) — KVKK Art. 5/1 (explicit consent). You can use the Site without giving consent.
4. Transfers
Data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our hosting and email providers, with business partners depending on your request, and with authorised public authorities. If you accept analytics cookies, usage statistics may be processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics) on servers abroad, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9).
5. Retention
Contact form records are kept for 2 years after the request is closed; server and security logs for the period required by law. Afterwards they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it was transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to third parties, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
